AZUR Solar was responsible for all aspects of planning and installation, a process which took around 2 months from start to finish. The entire roof with its 3 sections has an area of almost 2.5 ha, around two thirds of which is covered by the modules with a surface area of over 9000 m².
The installed modules are capable of generating around 75% of energy consumption during the day, which corresponds to supplying around 125 family houses per year.
Staples is planning to use part of the revenue generated to fund smaller environmental projects within the company.
