Planning and installing this photovoltaic system was one of the most exciting projects AZUR Solar GmbH has tackled in recent years.

The installation, which was completed in 2008, provides a carport solution for 190 private cars and 30 motor homes. The special substructure produced in collaboration with a profile manufacturer conveys the rainwater directly away. No additional roofing membrane was therefore needed. Involving capital investment of around EUR 2.5 million and having a total power capacity of 800 kWp (final installation stage), the system has been in operation since 2008.
