AZUR SOLAR have teamed up with some serious financiers to be able to offer your business all the benefits of a solar installation withought having to use your own capital.

You get a fully maintained solar system for commercial, industrial or agricultural roofs.

We pay for it.

You get either a free supply of clean, renewable electricity for 25 years ( or at the very least a substantial discount off your current electricity price… it depends upon your local daylight hours but we can quickly run an analysis for free).

We maintain the system and ensure it runs smoothly for the duration.

Does my roof qualify?

Ask us. We can run an analysis within just a few minutes to let you know whether your site would qualify for a free installation and free electricity.

Generally, flat roofs and east / west facing roofs need to be larger than 1000m2 but pitched roofs, if approximately south facing, can be smaller.

Please bear in mind asbestos roofs will not qualify.

What is required of my business?

Only that you agree to lease your rooftop to us for 25 years so that we can operate your solar system and keep the electricity flowing to you.

If the annual daylight hours at your specific location are relatively low and our analysis shows that your rooftop is not suitable for the free electricity offer, we may suggest that you to pay a small fee per unit of electricity.

In such cases, a ‘Power Purchase Agreement‘ will be completed – you agree to purchase a minimum number of kWh per year at a minimal fixed price per unit.

Your building will automatically give preference to the Solar PV electricity over the grid supplied one (we‘ll ensure that!) but you will remain connected to your standard supplier to serve as a backup supplier.

Essentially it would be electricity contracting but at a much lower price than you currently pay and this price would be inflation index linked for 25 years, not subject to the wild 10% to 20% increases that we’ve been seeing recently.

You don‘t need to worry about Operations and Maintenance – we take care of it all.

What does AZUR get out of this?

AZUR and our financial partners are paid through the Government’s Feed-In Tariff scheme which subsidises clean energy production (…something they have done for decades with traditional energy.).

We make our return. You benefit from the electricity and associated image benefits.
