How the Feed-in-Tariff works
- As a Solar PV energy system owner, you receive a fixed, inflation adjusted base price for every kWh produced over 25 years

Are you a Roof Owner wanting to invest in your own solar system?
You will invest in, then own and operate your solar power plant on the roof of your building and become an independent power producer, supplying electricity either to yourself, to your tenant as occupier or to the grid.
For this solution, sufficient capital is required but the returns one offer are typical of infrastructure projects; payback is 8-11 years, depending upon the solution chosen and the system will keep generating and earning through the Feed-In Tariff scheme for at least 25 years.
Are you a commercial Roof Owner looking for a free solar system?
You don’t need to invest your own capital. This solution does not require tying up your capital, but does require a long-term roof lease agreement and in some cases a power purchase obligation. Which roofs qualify?
For a free solar system, your roof needs to be south / southerly facing. If it’s a flat roof, you’ll need a minimum of around 1000 square meters of useable surface. Pitched roofs can be smaller.

If you're looking to invest in the system yourself, we can be more flexible andout team will be able to design an effective system no matter what size your roof. Roughly south facing is still an advantage though.
